I'm still super happy with my choice of roofers. I had a minor issue I wanted to get checked out and maybe addressed, and James came out quickly and did some touch up work and inspected the rest. He clearly cares about the quality of his work and the happiness of his customers. I'm glad I chose him for the job in the first place!

I've been meaning to post this good review! James is very professional and the roof replacement with many long beam repairs (termite damage) was at a good price. He has a great team, and they all did outstanding work plus a great clean-up job. James always was in good communication by phone and email too. They came out immediately, evaluated and estimated the costs to replace our roof. The Lord Roofing Team understood that we were under a very restrictive time frame requirement, responded professionally and with integrity. From start to finish James and his crew did an outstanding job. They were either early or on time, the communication was timely, they cleaned up every day and all my questions and concerns were answered. After a huge rain and high winds I had a leak coming from my chimney area, they quickly came to my house and tested all the flashing and discovered that there were cracks on my chimney that caused the leaks. I highly recommend this company.

I selected Lord Roofing based on Yelp reviews... and I was not disappointed. When I first met, James, the owner, he climbed on the roof to get a good assessment of the situation. He pointed the areas that needed to be looked at, while giving me options to manage my costs. This made me feel he knew his trade quite well but also cared about my budget. He also pointed at some unknowns but specified the additional billing rate for them. All throughout the 10 days of work, he kept calling me to keep me informed of the progress and review my options, and report on the extra costs up to date. They fixed tiles, underlayment, facia boards, valleys, chimney flashing and gutters. I verified their work on the roof a few times and in the end, I was very satisfied with the results. His crew was very friendly and left the place very clean. I definitely recommend them.

I cannot emphasize how appreciative we are with the Lord Roofing company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a roof repair or replacement. Our roof was in serious need of replacement and Lord Roofing and his staff did a wonderful job! We have had major leaks for the past few years. The owner, James, was so kind and helpful in informing us about what roof type to choose depending on our needs and location. He even offered to cover our roof during the rain to prevent further leaks before they could start replacing it. He also helped us with our gutter replacement as it was in serious need of repair. And he listened to our financial needs and provided a reasonable price. The whole roof replacement took about 3.5 days plus an extra day for gutter replacement. The whole staff worked hard and were so friendly and efficient! Everything was explained to us clearly from the start, and James maintained consistent communication with us throughout the process.

Lord Roofing put a new roof on my house more than a year ago. I was very happy with the work at that time. Recently I encountered a complex vent issue caused by a roofing error. Proprietor James L. courteously listened to my problem and then throughly fixed it for me within a week at no charge. I was pleased and impressed. Very professional!

I contacted Lord roofing this morning and left a message. James called me back in less than 30 minutes. He stated he was on his way to Salinas but could stop by to take a look at a possible roofing issue I was having. James took a look in the attic, examined the roof, removed tiles, examined the underlayment, flashing, etc. All looked good. James explained the water issue I was experiencing was most likely due to the rocks around the exterior of the chimney and not a roofing issue. Needless to say it was pleasant to deal with an honest and reputable individual. I will definitely use Lord roofing for any future roofing needs and recommend James to both friends and family.
